Terms and Conditions

This document, along with any other documents expressly referred to within it, constitutes a legally binding agreement («Agreement») between you and BV GIBRALTAR LIMITED («we», «us», «our»). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online gaming and betting services provided by BetVictor. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Definitions

To ensure clarity and consistency throughout this document, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below.

Account: A personal account created by you on our platform to access and use the Services.
Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any other rules or policies applicable to the Services.
Services: All online gaming, betting, and related services and activities offered on our website.
Software: The software licensed to us, including any programs or data files, required to be downloaded or accessed by you to use the Services.
You/Player/Customer: Any individual who registers an Account and uses the Services.
We/Us/Our: Refers to BV GIBRALTAR LIMITED, the operator of the website.

Your Account Obligations

The creation and maintenance of your Account are subject to strict conditions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a player, you hold specific responsibilities regarding your account.

Account Registration and Verification

To register for an Account, you must be at least 18 years of age and meet the eligibility criteria set out in this Agreement. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process. We are required by law to undertake verification checks, known as «Know Your Customer» (KYC), to confirm your identity, age, and address. This may require you to submit copies of identification documents, such as a passport or driver’s licence, and proof of address, such as a recent utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of your Account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login details, including your username and password. You must not share this information with any third party. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of unauthorised use of your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected or actual unauthorised access to your Account or any other breach of security. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to open and operate only one Account. We strictly prohibit the use of multiple accounts. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have registered or are operating more than one Account, we reserve the right to treat all such accounts as a single joint account, or to suspend or close any or all of the accounts. This may result in the voiding of bets and the forfeiture of any winnings derived from duplicated accounts.

Deposits and Withdrawals

To place bets or play games, you must deposit funds into your Account. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source that is legally and beneficially owned by you. You must not use payment methods registered to third parties. We reserve the right to request verification of the ownership of any payment method used. We do not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may do so. The minimum deposit amount is NZ$10 unless stated otherwise.

Withdrawal requests are subject to our internal security and verification procedures. We will process your withdrawal back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal is processed, we will require the completion of our KYC verification checks. We aim to process all withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times can vary depending on the payment method and the status of your verification.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Your use of the Services and website is strictly conditional upon your adherence to our rules of conduct. Any engagement in prohibited activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

Collusion and Cheating: Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, using unfair external factors or influences, or employing artificial intelligence, bots, or other prohibited software.
Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised credit or debit cards as a source of funds; engaging in any fraudulent activity, including payment chargebacks.
Exploitation of Errors: Taking unfair advantage of any fault, loophole, or error in our Software or the Services. You must report any such error to us immediately.
Unlawful and Abusive Conduct: Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening towards other players or our staff.

Consequences of Breach

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently close your Account for any breach of this Agreement. During a period of suspension, you will be unable to deposit, withdraw, or place bets, but your Account will remain accessible. In the event of closure, your access will be permanently revoked, and any outstanding balance may be handled in accordance with these terms.

In cases of a serious breach, such as fraudulent activity, cheating, or collusion, we reserve the right to void any transactions, bets, or winnings associated with your Account. We may also seize the funds in your Account to the extent of any loss suffered by us as a result of your breach and may initiate legal proceedings for recovery of any further losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. This includes the Software, text, graphics, logos, sound, and images. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our intellectual property.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, or any technical disturbances to gameplay.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of or the inability to use the Services. Our maximum liability to you in relation to this Agreement shall be limited to the value of the bets you placed in respect of the bet that gave rise to the relevant liability, or the amount of any funds misappropriated, whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Gibraltar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact our customer support team. We will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may refer the dispute to our designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, whose decision will be final.

Amendments to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services following such notification will be deemed as your binding acceptance of the changes.
